Every piece is packed by Chloe on the Isle of Portland. Current charges and any free-delivery offer are shown in your bag before payment.
Dispatch times
Ready-made pieces are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order or adjusted pieces may take longer; the product description or Chloe’s message will explain the expected time.
UK delivery
Orders are sent to the address entered at checkout. Tracking is emailed when available and can also be checked using the order-tracking page on this website.
Delays or missing parcels
If tracking has not moved or your parcel is late, email [email protected] with your order reference.
