Ready-made pieces
You may cancel a standard online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, then return it within the following 14 days. It must be unworn and returned safely in its original condition. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is your responsibility.
Bespoke and personalised work
Pieces made to your specification, resized specially for you or otherwise personalised normally cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights still apply if an item is faulty or not as described.
Faults and damage
Email [email protected] with your order reference and clear photos. Chloe will arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
