These terms apply to purchases made through the Ellis Made Silver website.
Handmade character
Each piece is handmade. Small marks, textures and natural variations in sea glass or stones are part of its character and may differ slightly from photographs.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. If stock or pricing is incorrect, Chloe will contact you promptly and provide a refund where the order cannot be fulfilled.
Product care and sizing
Customers should check listed dimensions and sizing before buying. Sterling silver naturally tarnishes and should be stored dry and polished gently. Contact Chloe before ordering if you need sizing help.
